Once the transport is complete the next stage begins: arranging the interment in the destination country. Structured coordination with local partners is indispensable here.
1. Coordination with the partner funeral home
Ritual-Service24 takes care of:
- agreeing the date with the cemetery or crematorium
- providing all the required documents
- the handover of the coffin or urn
- organising the funeral ceremony
2. Cemetery arrangements
What matters here:
- choosing the grave, standard or family plot
- grave usage rights
- fees
- religious requirements
3. Religious and cultural particularities
Depending on the country of origin, particular rites or deadlines may apply. Knowing the cultural requirements precisely prevents misunderstandings.
4. Keeping the family informed
Transparent information is essential:
- confirmation of the arrival date
- documentation of the handover
- agreeing the date of the interment
5. A documented handover
A written confirmation of handover provides legal certainty and clarity.
In short:
The work does not end with the transport. Only professional coordination with partners on the ground makes a dignified, unhurried funeral possible. Ritual-Service24 stays with families until every formality is complete.
