If someone has just passed away
The first hours
There is less urgency than it feels. These three things are enough for now.
Call a doctor
A doctor issues the death certificate (Totenschein). Nothing else can be arranged without it — in a hospital or care home this happens automatically.
Don’t sign anything unclear
You are not bound to any funeral director, even if one is already involved locally. Take the time to compare.
Gather the documents
The deceased’s ID or passport, birth and marriage certificates, the death certificate. That is all we need to begin.

Based in North Rhine-Westphalia, with collection and transport throughout Germany. We work with hospitals, care homes and local funeral directors.
Cyprus
Our own staff member on the island. We arrange repatriations from Larnaca and Paphos directly, without intermediaries.

Does the first consultation cost anything?
No. Advice, checking the requirements of the destination country and the written quote are free of charge and non-binding.
Which languages do you speak?
English, German, Russian and Ukrainian. Just use whichever is easier for you.
What if another funeral director is already involved?
We can still take over the repatriation or work together with them. Talk to us before you sign anything.
